Helping New Dashboard Users Get Started

New Dashboard users sometimes need a helping hand to configure their Dashboard widgets. To help them get started, we have added:

• New Messaging When There Are No Dashboard Widgets:

• Displayed when a user has no Dashboard widgets added
• Includes helpful messaging and a call-to-action button that takes the user directly to the widget configuration menu:
            "Your dashboard has no widgets"
            "Add widgets to start tracking what matters most"
   
• New "Add/Remove Widgets" Button:
           The "Configure Widgets" button has been re-labeled to make its purpose clearer

Dashboard Refresh Gets a Smarter Makeover

To keep widgets more efficient when they’re needed most, we’ve redesigned how the Dashboard widgets retrieve data. The goal? Give you more control while making things run more smoothly in the background.

What’s Changing:

• More Control:
  • Widgets will update when you:
    • Navigate to the Dashboard page
    • Click your browser's Refresh button
    • Click the new "Refresh All" button
    • Click an individual widget's Refresh button
  • New "Refresh All" Button:
    • Located next to the Unit menu
    • Updates all enabled widgets
  • Widget-Level Refresh Labels:
    • At the bottom of each widget, we now show how long it’s been since the last refresh to help you decide whether you need the most recent data set.

Tweaks to the Stock Management Workflow for Stopped/Discontinued Medications

We’ve fine-tuned the prompt that appears when stopping or discontinuing a medication to make it clearer and more intuitive.

What’s New:

• Buttons Switched:
  • "Return/Destroy All Remaining Stock"
    • Moved to the right side to encourage management of stock for returned/stopped/discontinued medications
  • "OK" is now " Continue Without Managing Stock"
    • Moved to the left

What Happens When You Click:

• Return All Remaining Stock:
  • Sets On Hand to 0
  • A message is displayed to confirm: “Stock Returned/Destroyed. On Hand is set to zero.
  • Closes the prompt
  • Returns you to the Manage screen

• Review Stock:
  • Closes the prompt
  • Returns you to the Manage screen
  • No changes made to On Hand

Optimised Biotest creation and saving

To make biotests more efficient when they are being created and saved, we’ve redesigned how biotests are handled in the background. The Biotests will continue to work as they do now.
